摘要
阐述了超细精矿在复合造块工艺中的生产应用,通过复合造块工艺在一定程度上解决了较高超细精粉配比下采用常规烧结工艺难烧的问题。结果表明:在相同的铁料种类及其配比条件下,实施复合造块工艺生产低碱度复合矿,产量提高6.9%,燃耗降低2.33 kg/t,复合矿品位提高0.38个百分点。
Application of superfine iron ore concentrate in composite agglomeration process(CAP)is presented.To some extent,CAP makes it feasible for sintering of high ratio superfine iron ore concentrate.The results show that low-alkaline composite agglomeration can be produced by adopting CAP with the same kinds of iron-bearing raw materials in the same proportion,resulting in an increase of 6.9% in yield,2.33 kg/t down for fuel consumption and 0.38 percentage point up for Fe grade of composite agglomeration.
