摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了LiCoPO4与稀土元素La3+掺杂的正极材料,并研究了掺杂材料的晶型结构和充放电性能。合成的改性正极材料LiCo0.99La0.01PO4在0.1C倍率下首次放电比容量达到了133.6 mAh/g,相比纯相LiCoPO4的放电比容量提高了17.3%。20次循环后改性材料的放电比容量是85.1 mAh/g,比纯相LiCoPO4的放电比容量70.4 mAh/g有了较大提高。
The cathode material of LiCoPO4 doped with rare earth element La3+ was synthesized by sol-gel method.The crystal structure and charge-discharge performance were investigated.At 0.1C rate,the first specific discharge capacity of the modified LiCo0.99La0.01PO4 is 133.6 mAh/g,which is increased by 17.3% compared to that of the pure LiCoPO4.After 20 cycles,the specific discharge capacity of the modified material is 85.1 mAh/g,much higher than that of the pure LiCoPO4,70.4 mAh/g.
