摘要
为了解决陆水水库3号副坝表孔工作闸门因启闭力增大,而导致原启闭机房大梁受弯承载力不满足规范要求的问题,采用粘钢加固技术对机房混凝土梁系结构进行加固。根据相关规范设计了加固方案,计算出粘贴钢板的合理厚度。介绍了粘钢加固的施工工艺流程,并提出了在具体操作过程中的注意事项。在加固完成后,陆水水利枢纽3号副坝表孔启闭机房梁经过了2 a的运行,加固效果良好,且加固后的机房大梁的受弯承载力能够满足规范要求。加固实践表明,粘钢加固技术具有施工快速方便,对场地要求小以及经济效益显著等优点。
The lifting force of the service gate of surface hole of No.3 auxiliary dam of Lushui Hydraulic Complex increased,so the bending bearing capacity of the beam in the original hoist room failed to meet the requirement of the standard.In order to solve this problem,we adopted the steel-bonded technology to reinforce the concrete beam-structure in the hoist room.The reinforcement scheme was designed according to the relative standards and the reasonable thickness of bonded steel plate was calculated.We introduce the construction technology process and the matters needing attention in the operation.2 years operation after the reinforcement work shows the bending bearing capacity of the beams in the hoist room can meet the requirement of the standard and the reinforcement is effective.The steel-bonded technology has the advantages of rapid and convenient construction,small occupation area and significant economical benefits.
