摘要
病险水库的金属结构设施因所处的工作环境以及设计、制造、安装技术水平的影响,在长期运行后,因腐蚀、磨损、焊接质量、变形、活动部件锈死,以及使用条件与设计条件不符等原因,其结构的强度、刚度、稳定性、承载力等均会降低,最终危及工程安全。对不同金属结构类型,如闸门、金属埋件、启闭机等,按其病险情况提出了相应的补强加固措施和方法,其经验具有普遍适用性。
Metal structures facilities of dangerous reservoirs are affected by the working environment,design,manufacturing and installation technologies.In the long-term operation,due to corrosion,wear,weld quality,deformation and rusted moving parts,as well as inconsistent conditions between use and design,its structural strength,stiffness and bearing capacity of stability will deteriorate respectively,and ultimately jeopardize the reservoir safety.The corresponding reinforcement measures and methods are proposed according to different types of metal structures,such as gates,embedded metal parts,hoisting device,and etc.Its experience has general applicability.
