交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘电树枝化后热分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘电劣化引发电树枝后对材料聚集态的影响,通过差示扫描量热法技术对劣化前试样、松枝状电树枝、稠密枝状电树枝、稀疏丛状电树枝及丛林状电树枝试样的电树区域与非电树区域进行了研究。结果表明,经过电劣化后材料的熔融峰温均低于劣化前试样;各种类型电树枝电树区域的熔融热焓均高于非电树区域,而各类电树枝电树区域与非电树区域材料的熔融热焓均低于劣化前材料的熔融热焓;对比电树区域与非电树区域,得到电树区域材料的结晶峰半峰宽均低于非电树区域。 In order to investigate the effect of electrical treeing inception due to electric degradation of crosslinked polyethylene insulation on the material morphology,we investigate the electrical treeing area and non-electrical treeing area in pine treeing,dense treeing,sparse treeing and jungle treeing samples.The results showed that both the melt enthalpy and melt peak temperature of the material became lower than those of the material before degradation;that the melt enthalpy in the electrical treeing area of any kind of treeing became higher than that in the non-electrical treeing area;that the melt enthalpy in both the electrical treeing area and non-electrical treeing area of any kind of treeing became lower than that of the material before degradation.It is concluded by comparison between the electrical treeing area and non-electrical treeing area that the crystalline peak width at half maximum in the electrical treeing area became lower than that in non-electrical treeing area.
