摘要
分析了尿素溶液喷浆造粒工艺存在的问题,并对低温熔融法、氨酸法、硫酸脲氨化法等6种造粒工艺技术升级方案进行了比较。综合各方面,得出了各技术的先进程度,为现有尿液喷浆造粒装置技术升级改造提供参考。
An analysis is made of the problems in the urea solution spherodizer process, and a comparison is done of six schemes for upgrading the process, including low-temperature fusion, ammonia-acid, and urea-sulfate ammoniation. Comprehensively, the advances of various technologies are obtained, thus providing references for upgrading the existing urea solution spherodizer.
