摘要
通过采用复合型高效捕沫器,解决了甲醇分离器存在的雾沫二次夹带问题,达到了节能环保的目的。改造后,甲醇分离器分离效率由28.9%提高至94.4%,年节约电费和蒸汽费用分别为266万元和46万元,年减少排水2 119 m3。
With the use of the composite high-efficiency mist eliminator the problem of secondary mist entrainment is solved in the methanol separator, attaining the aim of energy saving and environmental protection. After renovation the efficiency of the methanol separator rises from 28.9% to 94.4%, power rate and steam expense are reduced by 2.66 million yuan and 460 000 yuan annually, respectively, and the volume of drainage by 2 119 m3 annually.
