Heat-up reduction and industrial operation of Type LB205 low-temperature shift catalyst are described. Its actual use proves that it has the distinguishing features of high activity at low temperature and high CO conversion; when the CO volume fraction is 3.1% -3.6% in the inlet gas and 0. 15% -0. 18% in the outlet gas , the CO conversion is over 94%, wholly meeting the requirements of the catalyst for the production technology.
