简要介绍合成氨系统各运转设备排出的废乳化油的回收及再生工艺、主要设备、工艺参数。回收装置运行后,年可再生成品油240 t,经济效益显著,但还存在诸多问题,有待改进。

A brief account is given of the recovery and reclaim process for waste emulsified oil from various operating equipment in the ammonia system, the main equipment and process parameters. With the operation of the recovery unit, 240 t of reclaimed product oil can be obtained annually, the economic benefit is remarkable, but many problems still remain to be solved.
