合成气压缩机新增一段进口氨冷器技改总结

摘要 在合成氨生产过程中,合成气压缩机的动力消耗所占的比例很大。为了提高压缩机的生产能力和降低机组能耗,通过技术改造,在压缩机进口新增1台氨冷器以降低压缩机进口工艺气温度,使之在同样负荷下降低压缩机转速,年节约蒸汽86 400 t;分子筛再生时间缩短1 h,年节约蒸汽180 t。 In the production of ammonia the power consumption of the syngas compressor occupies a very large proportion. With a view to raising the capacity of the compressor and cutting the energy consumption of the unit, a technological renovation is carried out by the addition of an ammonia cooler at the inlet of the compressor so as to reduce the temperature of the inlet process gas of the compressor, and under the same load decrease the moving speed of the compressor, thereby saving annually 86 400 t of steam, and shortening the regeneration time of molecular sieves by 1 h, with an annual saving of 180 t of steam.
