从《蚕业科学》近10年载文信息看我国蚕业科学

Sericultural Science Seen from Articles Published on Science of Sericulture in Recent 10 Years

2001-2010年《蚕业科学》共刊登1 227篇研究论文与报告,其中2010年的载文量是2001年的2.1倍;发表论文受国家、省(部)级科研计划项目资助比率2010年达到82.5%,10年间增加了1倍以上;学科基础研究类论文在载文总量中的比率2010年达到79.53%,比2001年增加17.51个百分点;基础前沿重点领域"家蚕功能基因组与蛋白质组研究"、产业技术热点领域"蚕桑资源利用研究"的论文占载文总量的比率逐年上升,2010年分别为25.7%、19.5%;载文的作者单位类型分布中,高等院校占71.31%,科研院所占25.35%。分析近10年《蚕业科学》载文基本信息认为:家蚕基因组计划引领蚕业科学研究快速发展,并日益受到国家和地方政府部门的重视与支持;现代分子生物学等新技术的融入促进了蚕业科学基础研究的新飞跃,并提升了家蚕在生命科学前沿领域的地位;蚕丝产业的多元化发展目标,已催生出蚕业科学研究的新兴领域;高等院校成为蚕业科学研究的主力军,我国蚕业科学研究体系已形成优势互补、相互协调的良好局面。

Totally 1 227 research papers and reports had been published on Science of Sericulture from 2001 to 2010.Compared with 2001,the number of articles published on Science of Sericulture increased by 2.1 folds in 2010.The percentage of papers funded by scientific research projects of national,provincial and ministerial levels published on Science of Sericulture in 2010 reached 82.5%,which increased by more than one time during the past decade.The rate of basic research papers published in 2010 in the total number of papers published was 79.53%,17.51 percentage points higher than that of in 2001.The rates of papers in the basic research frontier field of ＂functional genome and proteome of silkworm＂ and in the hot industrial technology field of ＂utilization of sericultural resources＂ in the total number of papers published are increasing year by year,which was 25.7% and 19.5% respectively in 2010.In the distribution of authors＇ affiliations in the articles published,universities accounted for 71.31% and the research institutes accounted for 25.35%.Analyze the basic information of articles published on Science of Sericulture in recent 10 years,it can be seen that the Silkworm Genome Project had been leading the progresses of scientific and technological researches in sericulture and had been attached great importance and support from national and local governments.The application of modern molecular biological technology has promoted the great advance of basic researches in sericultural science and has thus elevated the position of silkworm in the frontier areas of life sciences.The diversified development goals of silk industry has given birth to new fields of scientific and technolo-gical studying in sericulture.The distribution of authors＇ affiliations and the dominant research areas of various institutions demonstrated that universities have become the main force in sericultural researches.Taken together,a favorable situation with complementary advantages and well-coordination has been formed in the research system of sericultural science and technology in China.
