摘要
针对全自动电机转子动平衡机中的不平衡量测试效率问题,设计了八阶有源带通滤波器,将其与二阶有源高通滤波器及窄带跟踪滤波器进行了实验比较。结果表明二阶有源高通滤波器在采样周期数较高时有很好的测试精度,可用于测试精度要求高,但测试效率没有要求的场合;窄带跟踪滤波器的重复精度较差,只能用于一般的平衡测试机;八阶有源带通滤波器具有较高的测试精度、测试重复性和测试效率,达到了日本同类机器的"幅值±3 mg、相位±1°和5s/次的测量时间"的测试水平。
In connection with the efficiency request of the unbalance measurement in automatic rotor balancing machine,an 8th-order band-pass active filter was designed and compared experimentally with a 2nd-order low-pass active filter and a narrow band-pass tracing filter.The result demonstrates that the 2nd-order low-pass active filter is of high measuring accuracy in the case of majority of sampling loops,which may be used in high accuracy requirement situations while the measurement efficiency is not so important.The repeatability accuracy of the narrow band-pass tracing filter is low,so it can only be used in the general balancing machine.In comparison,the 8th-order band-pass active filter is of high measuring accuracy,high repeatability and high efficiency,which can meet the measurement requirement of "amplitude 3mg,phase ±1° and measurement time 5 seconds".
