摘要
运用RT-PCR技术从由植物凝集素(PHA)诱导培养的牛外周血淋巴细胞(PBMC)扩增出牛白细胞介素6(IL6)完整开放阅读框(ORF),并通过序列比对、同源建模等方法对牛、人和大鼠的IL-6基因序列、可能的活性氨基酸残基、结构进行了比较分析,推测牛的IL-6基因可以在大鼠体内发挥较好的活性作用。
The interleukin-6 gene was cloned from peripheral blood mononuclear cell of bovine induced by phytohemagglutinin (PHA). Comparable analysis for sequence, critical residues and structure of IL-6 were performed among bovine, human and rat using homology modeling and sequence alignment etc. The results showed that the bovine IL-6 may have a well reactivity on rat.
