HPLC法测定内消瘰疠丸中哈巴俄苷的含量

HPLC determination of Harpagoside in Neixiao Luoli Pill

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定内消瘰疠丸中哈巴俄苷的含量。方法:样品经80%甲醇溶液浸泡、超声处理,采用色谱柱Thermo ODS-HYPERSIL(0.46×20 cm,5μm);柱温:30℃;流动相∶乙腈-水(25∶75);检测波长280 nm。结果:哈巴俄苷在15.18 ng^4743.75 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6)。哈巴俄苷的平均加样回收率(n=9)为93.5%。结论:该方法灵敏度高、专属性好、操作简便、重现性好。

Objective：To develop an HPLC method for the determination of Harpagoside in Neixiao Luoli Pill.Methods：The column was Thermo ODS-HYPERSIL（0.46×20 cm,5 μm）,The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（25∶ 75）.The determination wavelength was set at 280nm.Results：Linear ranges was 15.18 ng^4743.75 ng for Harpagoside.The average recovery of Harpagoside was 93.5%（n=9）.Conclusion：The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,specific and reproducible in the quality control of Neixiao Luoli Pill.
