摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定合成色素的干扰峰辨别方法。方法:采用其最佳可见光区检测波长测定峰面积与254 nm波长下测定峰面积的比值来辨别干扰物质。结果:在实验条件下,波长选择紫外区选用国标法波长254 nm,可见区选用波长柠檬黄428 nm,日落黄484 nm,苋菜红、胭脂红525 nm。结论:方法应用于食品中色素干扰物的辨别,结果满意。
Objective:To develop a simple new method for identification of interference peaks in determination of synthetic colors.Methods: According to the difference of the absorbance peak in dual-wavelength,the rate of absorbance peak was used for identifying interference peaks.Results: Dual-wavelength was set at UV 254 nm.The optimal multi-wavelength for tartrazine,sunset yellow,amaranth and ponceau 4R were 428 nm,484 nm and 525 nm.Conclusion: Final result shows that it is an effective method to identify interference peaks.
