摘要
目的:建立食品添加剂丙酸钠和丙酸钙的毛细管气相色谱法。方法:将样品酸化后,丙酸钠或丙酸钙转化为丙酸,用乙醚提取后直接进气相色谱,用FID检测器检测,外标法定量分析。结果:本法在丙酸浓度0 mg/L^200 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r大于0.999,方法的平均回收率为85%~97.1%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%,方法的检出限为0.5 mg/kg。结论:乙醚提取法检测丙酸钠和丙酸钙含量方法快速、准确、灵敏。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of sodium propionate and calcium propionate in foods by gas chromatography(GC/FID).Methods: The samples were extracted with ether after acidification and determined by GC/FID.Results: The linear range of the method was 0 mg/L^200 mg/L with the correlation coefficients(r) above 0.999.The average recoveries were in the range of 85%~97.1%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5.0%.The quantification limit was 0.5 mg/kg.Conclusion: The method was proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive in the analysis of sodium propionate and calcium propionate in foods.
