Drug resistance of Pathogenic bacteria in vaginal secretions

目的:分析妇科阴道分泌物标本常见病原菌的分布及其耐药性,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:对2008年-2010年我院妇科送检的阴道分泌物标本进行常规细菌培养,采用法国生物梅里埃鉴定系统进行细菌鉴定,采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)进行抗生素药敏试验。结果:3年送检阴道分泌物标本中,共检出病原菌32种1137株。假丝酵母菌对临床抗真菌药物耐药率低。表皮葡萄球菌中,β-内酰胺酶阳性率90.32%。革兰阴性菌中,大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌超广谱β-内酰胺酶阳性率分别为25.44%和29.73%,且对氨苄西林耐药率较高。结论:阴道分泌物中病原菌种类较多,病原菌检查和药敏试验对临床诊断和治疗具有重要作用,应参照药敏结果合理选择使用抗菌药物。

Objective：To analyze the clinical distribution and the drug resistance of Pathogenic bacteria in the Vaginal secretions and to provide the evidence for clinical therapy.Methods： The samples in Vaginal secretions from 2008 to 2010 were routinely cultured,identification of bacteria was done by France BioMerieux identification system.The susceptibility test of bacteria were detected by Kirby-Bauer method.Results： A total of 1137 strains of bacteria were isolated in Vaginal secretions.The fungi had high sensitivity to drugs.The β-lactamases producing Staphylococcus epidermidis strains occupied 90.32%.Among the Gram-negative bacteria,the extended-spectrum β-lactamases（ESBLs） producing E.coli and K.pneumoniae strains occupied 25.44% and 29.73%,respectively.The drug resistance rates to ampicillin were higher than 50%.Conclusion： The category of pathogens was various,It is important for bacterial culture and selecting the antimicrobial drugs rationally according to illness state and susceptibility test results to treat vaginitis.
