唾液酸苷酶法在细菌性阴道病诊断中的临床应用评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨唾液酸苷酶法诊断细菌性阴道病的临床应用价值。方法:9246例妇产科门诊患者阴道分泌物同时用唾液酸苷酶法和传统的Am sel法检测BV,并比较结果。结果:9246例标本中,唾液酸酶法检出细菌性阴道病986例,Am sel法检出965例,符合率达99.4%,经卡方检验,两者差异无统计学意义(2χ=0.25,P>0.05)。结论:相对于传统的Am els诊断标准,唾液酸苷酶法检测细菌性阴道病操作简便,对操作者经验要求不高,结果客观可靠,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To study the clinical value of the sialidase diagnostic method in bacterial vaginosis(BV).Methods: Total 9246 gynecologic clinic out-patients samples were detected by sialidase diagnostic method and traditional Amsel diagnostic method,and the results from two methods were compared.Results: The results showed that 986 cases by sialidase diagnostic method and 965 cases by Amsel diagnostic method in total 9246 samples were positive cases of BV.Compliance rate of two methods was 99.5%.There was no significant difference between two methods(P0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the traditional Amsel diagnostic criteria,sialidase diagnostic method is simple,less demanding on the operator experience and the results are objective and reliable.It might be widely used for diagnosis of BV.
