摘要
目的:探讨铜绿假单胞菌在医院感染中的分布及其耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供理论依据。方法:标本经分离培养,采用法国生物梅里埃公司的VITEK60分析仪进行株鉴定,K-B纸片扩散法药敏鉴定。结果:从临床送检的各类标本中分离出铜绿假单胞菌829株,其中痰标本661株(79.7%),且主要集中于重症监护病房和神经外科等科室,该菌对头胞曲松耐药率最高(93.7%),对阿米卡星耐药率最低(7.6%),其次对庆大霉素耐药率(15.1%)及哌拉西林-他唑巴坦的耐药率(27.2%),对其他抗菌药物均有不同程度的耐药。结论:铜绿假单胞的感染率呈上升趋势,其耐药性及多药耐药性严重,建议临床在抗感染过程中,根据药敏结果选择敏感抗菌素,采取联合和交替用药,以提高疗效和控制耐药。
Objective: Analyse the distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in hospitals.thus to provide a theoretical basis for rational use of antimicrobial drugs.Methods: Samples were isolated by the French company bioMérieux VITEK60 analyzer isolates were identified,K-B sensitivity identified by disc diffusion method.Results: Submission from clinical specimens isolated from various Pseudomonas aeruginosa 829,One sputum 661(79.7%),and are concentrated in the neurosurgical intensive care unit and other departments,Qusum resistant bacteria cell head was the highest(93.7%),amikacin resistance rate(7.6%),Second,resistance rates to gentamicin(15.1%) and piperacillin-tazobactam resistance rate(27.2%),other antimicrobial agents have different levels of resistance.Conclusion: Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection rate is rising,the drug resistance and multidrug resistance is serious,we recommend the clinical course of the anti-infection,Sensitive to antibiotic selection based on susceptibility results,joint and alternate medication,in order to improve drug efficacy and control.
