摘要
目的:掌握某工作场所工作人群健康状况的资料,明确当前存在的主要健康问题;了解该工作场所工作人群的生活方式及作业方式情况,找出危害其健康的因素;分析调查对象的健康需求,提出干预措施,提高工作场所人群健康意识与健康行为形成率。方法:运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计法对该工作场所工作人员的健康状况和健康知信行进行调查和分析。结果:该工作场所有41.7%超重,20.5%肥胖,均高于北京市平均水平。现在吸烟率51.1%,男女现在吸烟率分别为75.8%和0,男性吸烟率高于北京市平均水平。38.8%男性经常饮酒(每周饮三次酒以上)。39.4%缺乏锻炼(每周锻炼天数小于3 d)。膳食中最突出的问题是钠盐和食用油摄入过多、不吃早餐、常吃咸菜腌菜和油炸食品、蔬菜水果摄入不足等问题。结论:结合该工作场所当前健康形势,应在中心积极开展健康促进活动,帮助职工合理安排工作节奏,调节生活规律,特别是合理饮食,适当锻炼,开展减重和戒烟限酒工作。
Objective:Collect the population health information of the workplace,find out the major health problems;learn about the lifestyle and working practices,find out the factors that endanger their health;analyze their health needs,propose interventions to improve their health awareness and healthy behavior.Methods: Research and analyze the health status and health KAP of the staff by questionnaire,and mathematical statistics.Results: 28.6% were overweight and 8.2% obese.Male and female current smoking rates were 39.5% and 0%.31.6% of men regularly drink(alcohol three times a week to drink more).31.6% lack of exercise(exercise less than 3 days per week,).The most prominent problem in the diet is excessive intake of sodium salt and cooking oil,do not eat breakfast,eat pickles and fried foods,inadequate intake of vegetables and fruits,etc.Hypertension,diabetes prevalence is higher than the national average,but below the average level in Beijing.Conclusion: It is necessary to carry out health promotion activities,help the staff to arrange the workplace,adjust patterns of life,especially diet properly,exercise adequately and improve the environmental conditions.
