摘要
目的:监测分析恩施自治州8个县市7岁-10岁儿童尿碘含量的频数分布特征及其意义。方法:尿碘含量采用尿中碘的过硫酸铵消化-砷铈催化分光光度测定方法检测。结果:恩施自治州8个县市7岁-10岁儿童尿碘含量均数、中位数分别为352.2μg/L、286.7μg/L,其中大于300μg/L的比率为36.12%。结论:恩施自治州人群碘的营养已经达到了国家标准;但部分儿童尿碘增高现象明显,提示可能有一部分人群为碘摄入过量,值得引起重视。建议调整更为合理的加碘盐碘含量标准。
Objective:To monitor the level of urinary iodine of the children aged 7 to 10 in 8 counties of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture.Methods: The level of urinary iodine was measured by ammonium persulfate digestion-As-Ce catalytic spectrophotometery.Results: The mean and median of the level of urinary iodine of the children aged 7 to 10 in the studied areas were 352.2 μg/L,286.7 μg/L,the ratio of which is greater than 300 μg/L was 36.12%.Conclusion: The iodine nutrition of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture has reached the national standard.Urinary iodine of some children increased significantly,suggesting that the phenomenon of excessive iodine intake may exist in portion of the population and it′s worthy of attention.We suggest that iodine content of iodized salt should be adjusted to a more reasonable standard.
