摘要
目的:了解我市面制食品中铝含量状况,控制含铝食品添加剂使用量,以防铝超标对人体健康造成危害。方法:依据GB/T5009.182-2003《面制食品中铝的测定》检测。结果:共检测样品66份,合格率为80%,其中个体摊点合格率最低,为27%,糕点店合格率最高,为100%。结论:我市卫生监督部门对面制食品中铝含量超标的作专项整治,在全市推广油条无铝配方,彻底解决面制食品中铝超标的食品安全问题。
Objective:To know the situation of aluminum content in the food system,to control the amount of aluminum-containing food additives usage and to prevent excessive aluminum doing harm to human health.Methods: Detection was done based on GB/T5009.182-2003 "the determination of aluminum in flour products".Results: We have detected a total of 66 test samples,with a pass rate of 80%,of which the lowest pass rate were individual stalls with a pass rate of 27% and the highest pass rate were the pastry shop with 100%.Conclusion: Our city′s health supervision departments are trying their best to specially rectify the situation of excessive aluminum content in flour products to completely solve the food safety problems by promoting the fritters formular without aluminum.
