摘要
目的:了解黔东南州2010年手足口病流行的主要病原体。方法:采集临床诊断为手足口病病例的咽拭子、粪便或肛拭子、疱疹液采用RT-PCR方法扩增病毒的特异性片段,检测EV71、CA16核酸和非EV71、CA16的其他肠道病毒核酸。结果:2010年4月-2010年11月共检测标本101份,病毒核酸检测阳性50份(49.50%),其中EV71为17.82%;CA16为19.80%;其他肠道病毒阳性为11.88%。101例标本中,从发病至采样0 d^2 d病毒核酸检出率最高(59.68%),其次是3 d^5 d(39.29%)。咽拭子、肛拭子或大便、疱疹液阳性率分别为48.42%、50.00%和100%。结论:黔东南州2010年手足口病流行毒株以肠道病毒CA16和EV71为主。
Objective:To understand the main pathogens of Hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou in 2010.Methods:To collect 101 specimens,such as throat swabs,anus swabs or stools,and fluids of herpes of patients,detection of pathogens such as Enterovirus EV71 and CA16 are conducted by the RT-PCR method amplifying the virus specific fragments.Results: A total of 101 samples were detected from April to November 2010,of which,50 were positive.The positive rate of Enterovirus was 49.50%,including EV71(17.82%),CA16(19.80%),and others(11.88%).The positive rate of samples collected within 0~2 days and within 3~5 days of onset of disease was 59.68% and 39.29%.The positive rate of throat swabs,anus swabs or stools,and fluids of herpes was 48.42%,50.00% and 100% respectively.Conclusion: The main pathogen that caused HFMD were EV71 and CA16 in Qiandongnan Prefecture in 2010.
