麻疹病毒检测技术进展 被引量：1

摘要 麻疹是一种严重危害人类健康的传染病,据WHO报告,尽管1995年以来全球麻疹疫苗接种率达到了79%,每年仍有4400万麻疹病人,并有100万儿童死于麻疹。麻疹病毒为单股负链RNA,基因组不分节段,基因组长度约15894kb,有6个结构基因,编码6个结构蛋白：核蛋白（N）、磷蛋白（P）、M蛋白、融合蛋白（F）、血凝素（H）、RNA聚合酶（L）。麻疹分子流行病研究的重点是核蛋白和血凝素，
