摘要
隔膜性能是影响聚合物锂离子电池性能的重要因素,制备出性能优良的隔膜将有助于聚合物锂离子电池的进一步推广和应用。以聚烯烃纤维非织造布作为支撑体材料制备复合膜,对复合膜的微孔结构、力学性能和孔隙率进行测试和分析。将复合膜浸泡在电解液中形成凝胶电解质膜,然后组装电池。结果显示,组装的聚合物锂离子电池的充放电性能良好。
Membrane performance is an important factor, affecting the performance of polymer lithium-ion battery. The preparation of excellent gel electrolyte membrane will promote the popularization and application of polymer lithium-ion battery further. In this paper, the polyolefin fiber nonwoven, as the support material, is used to prepare composite membrane. The micropore structure, mechanical performance, micropore rate of composite membrane were tested and analyzed. The composite membrane was immersed in electrolytic solution, and become gel electrolyte membrane. The results indicate that charge and discharge properties of polymer lithium-ion battery is excellent.
