摘要 选用不同浓度的MF-TC107非耐久性阻燃整理剂分别对三种不同规格的汽车用非织造材料进行整理,并测试其阻燃性能。测试结果表明:当整理剂质量浓度为100和200 g/L时,被整理的试样其阻燃性能分别达到B2级和B1级,可分别满足常规非织造材料和汽车用非织造材料的阻燃性能要求;水洗次数对经阻燃整理的非织造材料的阻燃性能有一定影响,阻燃整理后可达B1级的非织造材料在水洗3次后为B2级。 Auto nonwovens of three specifications were finished by non-permanent flame retardant MF-TC107 of different concentration and the flame retardant property were tested. The result was that while concentration of the finish agent was 100 g,/L and 200 g/L, the grades of flame retardant of the finished non- wovens would reach B2 and B1 and could meet the needs of flame retardant property of general nonwovens and auto nonwovens. The washing process influenced the flame resistant effect of the finished non- wovens, the grade of flame retardant would be from B1 to B2 when the finished nonwovens be operated three times of washing process.
