宫颈鳞状细胞癌化疗前后骨桥蛋白变化及与化疗效果的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨TP方案新辅助化疗对宫颈鳞癌组织中骨桥蛋白(OPN)表达的影响。方法以34例Ⅰb2(18例)~Ⅱa期(16例)的宫颈鳞状细胞癌患者为研究对象,TP方案化疗2个疗程后行宫颈癌根治术,免疫组化法检测化疗前后组织中OPN表达及与化疗效果的关系。结果 (1)全组病例化疗前后OPN阳性表达率分别为85.29%(29/34)和61.76%(21/34),表达强度差异有统计学意义(P=0.007);(2)临床分期为Ⅰb2期、Ⅱa期、年龄>45岁者化疗前后OPN的阳性表达差异无统计学意义;年龄≤45岁、病理提示高中分化及低分化者化疗后OPN的阳性表达较前明显降低(P<0.05);(3)新辅助化疗总有效率67.65%(23/34),其中完全缓解率52.94%(18/34),部分缓解率23.53%(8/34)。结论 TP方案新辅助化疗能总体上降低宫颈鳞状细胞患者组织中OPN表达强度,延缓宫颈癌病情进展。OPN在宫颈癌组织中的表达强度与化疗敏感性及化疗效果有关,化疗前检测宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中OPN的表达强度可能对预测宫颈鳞癌新辅助化疗敏感性有帮助。
