摘要
结合工程实例,采用有限元方法建立了框架式压缩机基础的计算模型,并对其进行了模态分析和谐响应分析。基于数值分析表明:基础存在绕机组转轴的回转振动,且水平与竖向振动耦合比较明显,其影响不能忽略。梁柱节点区域加腋可以提高结构刚度,高转速时对振动效应影响不明显。
In this paper,the finite element methed is applied to establish the calculation model of the frame foundation for compressor.The modal analysis and harmonic analysis of the model are carried out.The numerical analysis shows that the rotary vibration around the unit shaft will be occurred in frame foundation and the vibration coupling with horizontal and vertical is obvious,and its influence cannot be ignored.
