MC系列风机关键零部件不可展曲面的处理与成型

The Treatment and Shaping of Non-developable Surface in Key Parts of MC Series Fans

通过对循环流化床CFB机组脱硫用风机中部分关键零部件的结构分析,介绍了不可展曲面的设计、制造过程,提出了不同材质下薄板(δ≤4mm)在需要较大延伸情况下,不可展曲面压型模设计制造中应注意的问题,为风机产品中类似的大批量曲型件的生产积累了经验。

Based on analyzing the structure of partial key parts in desulphurization fans for circulating fluidized bed（CFB）unit,this paper has introduced the design and manufacturing process of non-developable surface.The problems that noted in designing and manufacturing the compression mold of non-developable surface have been pointed out under the condition of sheet metal（δ≤4mm）with different materials needed to be expanded.It has accumulated experience for the large batch of similar curved pieces in fan products.
