摘要
针对高锰钢堆焊及补焊时出现的问题,开发、试制了EDMn-B-OO高锰钢堆焊焊条,对其配方进行了设计及优化,并且对焊条的施焊工艺及使用性能进行了测试研究。该焊条采用FeO-MnO渣系,熔渣的活度较大,熔点较低,有利于减小热裂及气孔倾向。试验结果表明:焊条的工艺性能良好,工艺适应性强;直径为4.0mm的焊条,当电流降至80A时电弧仍可稳定燃烧;熔敷金属的热裂倾向极小;加工硬化后硬度是原来的3倍多,加工硬化效果显著,耐磨性好。
EDMn-B-(X) high manganese steel surfacing electrode is designed and trial-produced in accochnce with high manganese sted surfacing weld and repair weld, the electrode's ForFormula is designed and optioned, and it's technological propery and use propery is tested and researched. It is used FeO-MnO slag system, the slag's achvity is higher, and it's melting Point is lower.The result shows that tile electrode technological proper'ty and teclmological applicability is good, The heat crack trend is very low, The hardness Of deposition metal is more than two times after work hardening, work havening effect is very obvious, wear resistance is gab.
