高型闭式钢串片散热器强化散热的研究

摘要 为提高现有高型闭式串片的散热量,采用低型闭式串片以双排组装构成新的高型串片,实验和研究了其散热特性,得到了新高型串片的最佳外形、总高度及其相应的最大散热量。该散热量与现有高型的散热量之比为1.25,与两根低型单独使用时的散热量总和之比为1.04。在最佳外形总高度下,散热表面的换热系数有准则关系式Nu=0.2Ra^(0.29),其中Ra=(1.9—28)10~3。 In order to improve the heat emission capacity (Q) for current high-model closedfin-tube type radiator, the experimental study of the fcature of heat emission for the newhigh-model one which is assembled from two-row of low-model closed fin-tube type ra-diator is carried out. The oputimum external form and overall hight for the new one andcorresponding to its maximum heat emission capacity (Q_(max)) have been obtained. The ratiobetween Q_(max) and Q for the current high-model one, and between Q_(max) and Σ Q fortwo pieces of low-model closed fin-tube type radiator in operation alone are 1.25 and 1.04respectively. There is a criteria relation of heat exchange coefficient for the emission surfacearea (Nu = 0.2Ra^(0.29) where Ra = (1.9 - 2.8) 10~3) at the oputimum height.
