摘要
研究了采用真空蒸馏焙烧分离方法自汞锑混合精矿中分离汞和锑的工艺。试验考查了精矿的加热和挥发性能。真空蒸馏焙烧表明:温度500℃、余压6.65kPa时汞的挥发率高达99%以上,汞和含锑焙砂分离良好。
The process for separating mercury from antimony in the mixed concentrate is studiedwith the vacuum - distillation roasting technology. The heated and volatilized behaviour ofconcentrate is tested in laboratory. The experimental results show that the volatilizationrate of mercury is as high as 99% and over at 500℃ under the residual pressure of 6.65 kPaand that the scparating mercury from antimony calcine are satisfactory.
