摘要
我国政府部门在现有制度环境下应该积极发挥职能,对植入式广告进行有效管理,进一步修订完善法律法规构建合理的规范体系则是加强植入式广告治理的根本之举,同时应注重和引导行业自律作用的发挥。
The government should give an active and effective management to the implantable advertising in the existing system.Revising laws and constructing reasonable system is the fundamental measure to strengthen governance of it,the function of self-discipline of trades should get more attention and be well guiden.
