摘要
HSK热缩刀柄是一种适合高速加工的新型工具系统,夹持力是决定其能否正常工作的关键,研究热缩刀柄夹持力的影响因素对生产过程具有指导意义。本文建立了热缩刀柄—刀具配合模型,研究了热缩刀柄—刀具配合夹持力的影响因素,利用有限元技术对夹持力的影响因素进行了仿真分析,验证了理论模型,解释了加工中掉刀现象的发生机理,并提出了在不同加工条件下预防掉刀的技术措施。
HSK shrink fit toolholder is a new toolholder system suited to high-speed machining, the clamping force is a key point to decide its ability to work, so it is meaningful to study the factors affecting clamping force. Based on the theoretical analysis for the modeling of shrink fit toolholder, several factors that affect clamping force of toolholder were studied. Finite element analy- sis for clamping force of different factors was carried out to verify the developed theoretical model. The phenomenon of tool drop- ping in the machining operation process was then explained. Technical measurements to prevent tool dropping leading to failure contact between shrink fit toolholder and tool were recommended in different machining conditions.
