摘要
针对油田上用于装载和运输连续油管作业机以及其相关设备而设计开发的专用底盘车大梁部件为研究对象,以CAD/CAM软件Pro/E为平台建立三维实体模型,通过Pro/Mechanica模块设定相应参数后对其进行有限元分析,运用软件对专用大梁进行校核设计的方法。分析结果达到为设计提供选材和确定结构依据、使结构优化和节约生产成本的目的。
With the engineering automobile beam which is used to carry the coiled tubing and its related components as the research object, based on the CAD/CAM software Pro/E, the three dimensional solid modeling is combining with the functional module of structure analysis, proposed professional design ideas of special purpose engineering automobile beam. According to the results, provide a theory basis to metal chosen and structure design for the purpose of structural optimization and reduces manufacturing costs.
