HIV感染者服用抗病毒药后生精异常分析

Analysis on Spermatogenic Abnormality in HIV Infected Patient After Taking Antiviral Drugs

发现1例HIV感染者在服用抗病毒药过程中出现一过性的无精子症,分析发现此现象是在用依非韦仑代替奈韦拉平之后,认为依非韦仑可能是导致HIV感染者一过性无精子症的主要原因。目前尚未见抗病毒药对男性生殖副作用的报道。此结果提示,HIV患者服用抗病毒药特别是依非韦仑过程中需监测精液质量。

Transient azoospermatism was observed in an HIV infected patient during antiviral treatment.It was found that the transient azoospermatism occurred after the replacement of nevirapine by efavirenz.Therefore,efavirenz might be the agent to cause transient azoospermatism in the HIV infected patient.Since no spermatogenic abnormality case in HIV/AIDS patients during antiviral treatment had been reported previously,the finding indicated that it is necessary to conduct semen quality monitoring in HIV/AIDS patients during antiviral treatment,especially during the treatment of efavirenz.
