输入性新型麻疹病毒D9基因型密切接触者中和抗体水平检测

摘要 目的了解输入性新型麻疹病例密切接触者血清对D9基因型病毒的中和抗体水平,探讨正常健康人群对感染新型麻疹病毒的抵抗力。方法采集D9基因型输入病例接触者血清和选择2008年四川省健康人群血清,分别用D9基因型输入病毒和本土流行株H1基因型病毒进行中和抗体滴度测定。结果 D9基因型输入病例接触者和四川健康人群血清的中和抗体滴度较高,对D9基因型输入病毒的中和抗体的几何平均滴度(以下简称GMT)分别为44.02和54.57,对四川本土流行株H1基因型病毒中和抗体的GMT分别为39.12和41.36,抗体滴度均达到保护水平(≥16)。结论无论四川省本土流行株感染产生的抗体和疫苗免疫诱生的抗体对D9基因型输入病毒都有抵抗力。 Objective To investigate the neutralization antibody level in close contacts and protection level in healthy population against imported D9 genotype measles virus.Methods The serum samples from close contacts and healthy population were collected to detect neutralization antibody against D9 and H1 genotype(indigenous strain) measles viruses by standard neutralization assay.Results The geometric mean titers(GMT) against D9 genotype measles virus and against H1 genotype measles virus in close contacts and healthy population were 44.02 and 54.47,39.12 and 41.36,respectively.All reached protective levels(≥16).Conclusion Antibodies induced by either natural infection or vaccine administration could protect population from imported D9 measles virus infection.
