Investigation on Dietary Behavior of Residents in Peng'an County

目的了解蓬安当地居民的饮食行为习惯、营养态度及疾病预防意识,为制定科学合理的营养干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样调查对蓬安县四个乡镇968名的居民进行问卷调查。结果调查居民中对饮食与健康的关系缺乏足够的认识,存在不合理的饮食行为习惯,仅32.1%的调查居民对饮食非常重视,42%认为饮食与健康息息相关,67.9%基本不去做医院做体检,且43.9%没有意识到自己的饮食结构存在问题。结论蓬安县的居民膳食行为不合理,防病意识缺乏,应加强营养知识的宣传教育活动。

Objective To understand the dietary behavior,nutrition attitude,and the sense of disease prevention of the residents in Peng＇an county,provide scientific evidence for developing nutrition intervention strategies.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 968 residents from four villages of Peng＇an collected by random sampling.Results Residents of Peng＇an were lack of sufficient knowledge on the relationship between diet and health,with the existence of irrational dietary behaviors.Only 32.1% residents in survey attached great importance to the diet,42 % residents believed that diet closely related to health,67.9% residents hardly went to hospitals to do physical examination,and 43.9% residents did not realize the problems of their diet.Conclusion Residents in Peng＇an have unreasonable dietary behavior,and in the lack of awareness of disease prevention.It is necessary to strengthen the education on nutrition related knowledge.
