电能质量监测与评估软件设计研究
摘要
随着国民经济的快速发展,供电电能质量的好坏越来越引起用户和供电部门的重视。文章介绍了一种用delphi与matlab混合编程的方式编写的电能质量监测与评估软件,并根据实时和历史数据,对某电网的电能质量状况进行了监测与评估。
