摘要
为了提高学生实践操作技能,对食品质量与安全专业开设的实践技能课程《食品安全性毒理学检测》的课程设置和教学方法进行了探索。提出了以培养学生实践技能为主要目标的教学理念,对现有课程体系的设置和教学方法进行改革。以综合设计性试验为切入点,设置-系列实验体系,考核方法调整为重点考核实践技能等一系列注重培养学生综合实践技能的教学改革措施。
To improve students' practice skills on assessment of food safety,the teaching methods and Toxicology Assessment of Food Safety curriculum design for food quality and safety specialty were explored.A teaching philosophy was proposed with an emphasis on practical skills as the main objective for food quality and safety specialty.The existing curriculum and teaching methods were reformed.Starting with a comprehensive experiment design,measures were taken and an experiment system was established to give more weight on the training of students' overall practical skills.
