On the Limit of Education Administrative Power——Based on the Study of the Administration of Chinese Education

教育行政权力应该有其边界,主要包括法制边界、专业边界和价值边界。由于法制以及公众参与机制不完善,中国教育行政权力边界很容易被逾越。教育行政权力要在边界内运行,需要完善教育法制,改革教育行政体制,推动教育行政的法制化、民主化和科学化的进程等。

There should be some limits to the power of educational administration,including legal system limits,professional and value limits.Due to the imperfection of the legal system and the public participating mechanism,the limits of the power of Chinese educational administration are often over stepped.The educational administration power can be operated within its limits if some reform of educational administration system is conducted to promote the process of the legalization,the demonstration and scientification of educational administration.
