大鼠单侧睾丸扭转对未扭转侧睾丸的影响及红花的保护作用 被引量:2

Influence of Unilateral Testicular Torsion on Contralateral Testis and the Protective Effect of Safflower Injection

摘要 为探讨大鼠单侧睾丸扭转对未扭转侧睾丸生精功能的影响及红花对未扭转侧睾丸早期损伤的保护作用,将21只健康雄性青春期前SD大鼠随机均分为假手术对照组(A组,n=7)、睾丸扭转复位组(B组,n=7)和睾丸扭转复位+红花组(C组,n=7)。按Turner法建立睾丸扭转模型,喂养至术后7 d时处死,即刻采集各组大鼠未扭转侧睾丸标本,测定了睾丸组织丙二醛(MDA)水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量,同时进行了组织病理学观察。结果表明,与B组相比,C组MDA值、IL-6含量明显下降,SOD活性明显升高,病理学上表现为平均曲细精管直径明显升高,而睾丸结构评分则明显偏低,两组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。提示:红花注射液能够减轻大鼠单侧睾丸扭转复位后对侧睾丸的早期损害,其机制可能与减少自由基产生及抗脂质过氧化作用有关。 To investigate the influence of unilateral testicular torsion on the contralateral testiculat of spermatogenetie function and the protective effects of safflower Injection (SI) in early stage of contralateral testis injury, 21 prepubertal sprague -dawley rats were equally randomized into group A (sham -operation control), B(torsion/detorsion) and C (torsion/detorsion plus injection of SI), with 7 rats in each. The testicular torsion/detorsion model was established by the turner method. All the rat: were fed under the same condition for 7 days and sacrificed, and all the right (untwisted) testis were removed from rats. Then the biochemical parameters such as malondialdehyde (MDA), super oxide dlsmutase (SOD) and interleukin 6 ( IL 6) were evaluated ; histology and seminiferous tubule diameters were assessed. Results compared with group B, the level of MDA and IL - 6 in group C decreased significantly, while the activity of SOD increased significantly. It was also known that the mean seminiferous tubular diameter of contralateral testis and histological grades maintained in a bette condition. Conclusion safflower Injection could reduce the damages on contralateral testis of prepuberta rats with unilateral testieular torsion during the early period, which has relation with anti fre~ radiealand inhibiting lipid peroxidatic reaction.
