摘要
本文从城市发展和城镇化建设的角度分析了基础设施建设的空间,从融资的角度分析了设立基础设施投资基金的可行性和必要性,探讨了基金设立的程序,结合国内外发展经验,对上置集团的基础设施产业基金的实施进行了实证分析。
Analyzing the space for infrastructure development from the perspective of city development and urbanization,and the feasibility and the necessity for establishing investment funds from financing,this paper discuses the procedure to establish funds;and based on the experience at home and abroad,it conducts an empirical analysis on the use of funds at Shanghai Housing Group.
