基于GA与模糊综合评价法的物流企业绩效评价研究

Study on Evaluation of Performance based on GA and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in Logistic Enterprises

物流企业绩效评价是实行有效的绩效管理,提高企业科学管理水平的重要前提,但因为涉及众多因素,评价较为复杂。本文采用遗传算法和模糊综合评价法相结合,对其进行评价,最后采用本文提出的方法进行了实证研究。

Logistic Enterprise Performance Evaluation is to implement effective performance management,is an important prerequisite to average up the enterprise＇s scientific management,but because of the many factors involved,evaluation is very complex.This paper combines genetic algorithms and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,then finally processes a demonstrative study to the method proposed in this paper.
