摘要 采用改进型上流式反应器,进行了城市污水处理厂剩余污泥快速水解酸化的试验研究,考察了利用剩余污泥进行碳源开发的工艺特性。结果表明,在pH为10的条件下,控制温度为35℃,污泥停留时间为7 d,水力停留时间为36 h,系统顺利启动运行,具有良好的水解酸化效果。系统出水的溶解性COD(SCOD)和VFA分别维持在978.3~1013.7 mg.L-1和457.7~512.7 mg COD.L-1,剩余污泥的水解效率最高达到14.0%。出水的氨氮(NH-N)和溶解性磷(SP)基本稳定于112.0~128.7 mg.L-1和40.6~53.6 mg.L-1。 Quick hydrolysis and acidification of waste avtivated sludge from the wastewater treatment plant was studied in a improved upflow reactor.The process characteristics of producing carbon source by the waste activated sludge was investigated.The experimental results showed that the reactor had stable hydrolysis and acidification effect under the conditions of pH 10,Temperature 35 ℃,HRT 36 h,SRT 7 d.The SCOD and VFA of effluents were between 978.3~1013.7 mg·L-1and 457.7~512.7 mg COD·L-1 respectively.The hydrolysis efficiency can reach 14.0 %.The ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus of effluents were between 112.0 mg·L-1~128.7 mg·L-1 and 40.6 mg·L-1~53.6 mg·L-1 respectively.
