王晓峰的《当下小小说》是史论结合的专著,作者细致地梳理了小小说发展的历史和文体特征,又潜心研究了小小说理论的各个侧面,提出了一系列富有创意的观点。因此,该书应被视为中国当代小小说发展进一步走向成熟与自觉的标志之一,也可以将其视为了解小小说历史与现状的一部工具书看待。
The Present Short Novel of Wang Xiaofeng is a combination of history and comment.The author analyzed the history and style characteristics of short novels in detail,researched each side of short novel theory painstakingly,and made a series of creative ideas.Therefore,the book should be treated as a landmark of the further development of the maturity and self-consciousness of contemporary Chinese mini-novels,moreover it can be regarded as a reference book to study the history and the present situation of the mini-novels.
