交流电动机变频调速系统中快速调速电路的设计

摘要 本文简介采用检测电流的办法间接检测出交流电动机运行过程中的最大转差,并加以控制,使其运行在机械特性的工作段上。根据转差和定子电流的固定关系,在变频调速系统中设计了快速调速电路,改变以往的给定积分器电路,大大加快了电机运行的调节速度,该电路相继应用于3.7、11、17、22、30kVA PWM变频调速装置中,获得了满意的结果。 Using the method of measuring current,the maximun rotating-speed difference of AC motor turning procedure is indirectly measured and controlled,which made it run to the working section of the mechanical characteristic curve.Based on the relation between the rotation-speed difference and the stator current,the fast governing speed circuit is designed in the frequency control of motor speed system,with the result that preset integrator circuit is changed and the governing speed of the motor running is accelerated. The circuit is used for the devices of frequency control of motor speed to 3.7,11,17,22 and 30kVA PWM,and the results are satisfactory.
