摘要
[目的]研究健康男性和女性中心动脉压与年龄、周围动脉压、常规无创血管功能检测指标:最大颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMTmax)、臂踝脉搏波速度(baPWV)和踝臂指数(ABI)以及中国人简易心血管疾病危险评分(简称危险评分)的相关性。[方法]以沈阳社区为基础的横断面研究,将128名健康研究对象按性别分为男性和女性两组(其中男性53人,女性75人),分别测量中心动脉收缩压(CSBP)和脉压(CPP),周围动脉收缩压(PSBP)、舒张压(PDBP)和脉压(PPP),IMTmax,baPWV和ABI,危险评分;同时检测血脂、血糖等5项生化指标。[结果]与女性组比较,男性组的腰臀比、中心动脉收缩压、肱动脉收缩压和舒张压、baPWV和空腹血糖水平显著升高(P<0.05),而总胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著降低(P<0.05)。相关分析显示无论男性或女性,CSBP与年龄、PSBP、PPP、IMTmax、baPWV和危险评分存在显著正相关关系(男性组CSBP与年龄、PSBP、PPP和baPWV的相关系数分别为0.375、0.927、0.606、和0.422,P均<0.01,与IMTmax和危险评分的相关系数为0.372和0.408,P<0.05;女性组相关系数分别为0.465、0.958、0.739、0.405、0.514和0.553,P均<0.01),而CPP与年龄、PSBP、PPP、IMTmax、baPWV和危险评分亦呈显著正相关(男性组为0.535、0.792、0.914、0.438、0.455和0.500,P均<0.01;女性组相关系数分别为0.613、0.765、0.937、0.558、0.676和0.494,P均<0.01)。[结论]中心动脉压与其它无创血管功能测量及危险评分相关性好,可作为健康人群早期评价血管功能的检测手段。
[Objective] To evaluate the correlation of central aortic blood pressure with age,peripheral blood pressure,maximal carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMTmax),brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV),ankle brachial index(ABI),and the risk score of estimation of 10-year risk of ischemic cardiovascular disease in both male and female Chinese healthy adults.[Methods] A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted in Shenyang.There were 128 healthy adults divided into two groups by gender(53 men and 75 women).Central systolic blood pressure(CSBP),central pulse pressure(SPP),peripheral systolic blood pressure(PSBP),peripheral diastolic blood pressure(PDBP),peripheral pulse pressure(PPP),IMTmax,baPWV,ABI and risk score were examined.The trigalloylglycerol(TG),totalcholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL) and fast blood glucose also were tested at the same time.[Results] There were significant differences,between men and women,in waste-hip rate(WHR),PSBP,PDBP,CSBP,baPWV,TC,HDL and Glu(P0.05).CSBP and CPP were significantly correlated with age,PSBP,PPP,IMTmax,baPWV and risk score in both groups,but were not correlated with ABI,TG,TC,HDL,LDL and fast blood glucose.[Conclusions] The central blood pressures are well correlated with other non-invasive arterial function exams,and can be used as a tool to evaluate the arterial function in healthy population.
