内镜超声引导下细针穿刺活检联合K-ras基因检测在胰腺癌诊断中的作用

摘要 目的探讨内镜超声引导下细针穿刺活检(endoscopic ultrasonography guided fine needle aspiration,EUS-FNA)联合K-ras基因检测对胰腺癌的诊断。方法对2003~2005年哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院及大庆油田总医院100例胰腺占位病灶进行超声内镜引导下穿刺活检,并采用高分辨率熔点曲线分析进行K-ras基因检测。结果 100例胰腺占位病变行EUS-FNA,其胰腺癌检出率为57%;胰腺癌患者中,EUS-FAN活检物中的K-ras检测阳性率明显高于血清中的浓度。结论 EUS-FNA联合K-ras基因检测诊断胰腺癌具有重要价值。 Objective To evaluate significance in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer of fine needle aspiration guided by endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS-FNA) combined with K-ras.Methods EUS-FNA was performed in 100 patients with pancreatic space-occupying lesions from the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University and the General Hospital of Daqing Oil Field,from 2003 to 2005.At the same time K-ras was detected.Results There were 57% patients diagnosed as pancreatic cancer performed with EUS-FNA.In EUS-FNA specimens of patients with pancreatic cancer,the contents of K-ras were significantly higher than that in blood(P0.05).Conclusion EUS-FNA combined with K-ras is important in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
