子宫内膜异位症不孕患者血管内皮生长因子的检测及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)诊疗中的意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法动态检测14例EMs患者和15例非EMs患者注射hCG日和取卵日血清中VEGF的含量,以及卵泡液中VEGF的含量。结果:EMs组中注射hCG日、取卵日血清中VEGF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的卵泡液中VEGF水平高于血清VEGF水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF在EMs的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。
